  • WhatsApp Business Messaging
  • RCS Messaging
  • Voice solutions (IVR, OBD, Toll-Free)
  • Google Sheets integrations and automation
  • Webhook-based data synchronization
  • API and CRM integrations

Services may evolve over time.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Use services on behalf of a valid business or organization
  • Provide accurate account information

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Pingtochat for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraud, phishing, or misleading communication
  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Violation of telecom, Google, or Meta policies

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

5. Google Integration

Pingtochat may integrate with Google services such as Google Sheets.

  • Access is granted only with your explicit consent
  • We only process data required for functionality
  • You may revoke access anytime via your Google account

6. Payments & Billing

  • Services are billed based on usage or agreed pricing
  • Payments must be made on time
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

  • Telecom providers
  • Third-party APIs
  • Maintenance or upgrades

8. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • Pingtochat owns all platform technology and APIs

9. Limitation of Liability

Pingtochat is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing cycle.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment
  • Security risks

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
